Learning Enrichment

Students are supported academically to achieve their personal best. We know that each student has unique strengths and we encourage students to build on these. Homework club runs twice a week and offers students the opportunity to complete homework and receive some tutoring during lunchtime. The school also partners with 3rd party tutors to provide affordable tutoring on-site.

To assist students with learning needs, we have a dedicated team of learning support staff including learning support teachers, extension and intervention teachers and teacher aides. The learning support teachers collaborate with parents and teachers to develop learning plans and identify goals for the students to allow them to experience success at their level.  The extensions and intervention teachers facilitate small group and individual instruction to assist students in engaging meaningfully with the curriculum or working on identified gaps.
